I purchased three Moravian star pendants for my hallway. The quality of the products is really impressive - well built, excellent materials, handsome and that elusive feeling of quality. They are quite simply the best bang for your buck DIY project possible.
Installation is simple. My existing par cans did want to slip out of the ceiling when I hung the pendants. Because I was covering it up anyway, I simply drove two drywall screws into the edge of the par can to hold them firmly in place. This was actually very useful, because I found that to get the canopy of the Worth fixture to be tight against the ceiling, you have to pull down on the cord pretty hard when you tighten the nut against it.
One other tip. Worth was smart enough to standardize the length of cord on the products so that making them hang at identical lengths is much easier. Simply wrap the cord neatly on the spool and count the number of times around you go. In my case, I wanted the fixtures to hang down 12.5” from the ceiling, so I wrapped them exactly the same number of times around the spool.
I liked the result so much that I bought a pair for the patio. And then a pair for the master bath!

Easy installation once I figured out how to get the plate flush with the ceiling. I found a video of how to get that done correctly and it took me a few times but it worked. Love the look of the seagrass shade because it adds dimension interest to the kitchen sink area.

The wood, primed vent cover is awesome! It looks so much better then the metal one the builder put in the house. I Love Worth Home Products - have purchased two of their high hat conversion lights and they look so nice!
