How to Order the Right Size

***Match your filter size.
Order the Worth Home A/C cover size that matches your 1" air filter (NOT your old vent cover).
Example: If your filter is 20" x 20", order a 20" x 20" cover.

***Check your duct opening. Measure the inside of the air duct/drywall opening. Do not measure the overall size of your CURRENT register/vent, only measure the "hole" in the wall/duct. 
It must be at least ⅛" larger than the size you order and have 3" depth inside. 
Example: A 20" x 20" Worth Vent cover needs a duct opening of at least 20 ⅛" x 20 ⅛" and 3" deep.

***Choose vent cover orientation.
Width (left–right) is the first number; height (top–bottom) is the second.
Example: 14" W x 20"H = 14" louver measurement x 20" tall (vertical) / 20" W x 14" H = 20" louver measurement x 14" tall (wide).

***Check wall clearance.
Allow 2" of space around the duct opening for the wood frame border.
Example: If trim or baseboard is within 2" of the duct, the cover will require wall modifications. NOTE: Your current metal cover has a frame and typically aligns with our product.
