Instant Pendant Recessed Canned Light Conversion Kit Bronze Moravian Star will add layers of light to your décor with this stylish DIY pendant. This decorative light packs a big punch of style for its size with artistry, seeded glass and ample iron details, and to complete the look, we suggest a candelabra/torpedo bulb ( pictured).

  • NOTE: This product does NOT work in all recessed cans. Requires a high hat, new construction mounted recessed can light to be compatible with the Instant Pendant. Clip-in, Retrofit, one-piece LED disc panel or trim can lights are NOT compatible and do NOT support our fixtures. Make sure you see a bulb or E26 supported socket inside your recessed can before ordering.

So easy!

I was super skeptical installation could be as easy as it shows in the videos. It 100% is!! I planned to wait until another adult was available to install, but I got impatient and decided to try it on my own. 20 minutes later (including unboxing and lightbulb install) I had three absolutely amazing hanging pendants! The Moravian stars are in my living room, and I’m now choosing some for the kitchen.

Room for Improvement

It would be nice if this product was available with canopies of multiple sizes. The only canopy available is made to cover the largest of recessed lights. It is oversized relative to the fixture itself.

One “pyramid” of the star is hinged in order to allow for bulb replacement. It is quite small, and I roughed up my hand trying to install the bulb.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on our Moravian Star pendant. Due to our 3' spindle we are limited to 4' and 6' recessed cans which require a 8' canopy to hide the outer trim ring. We are always working to improve the design and functionality and appreciate your feedback. Have a great start to the new year and hope you enjoy your star pendant.
