Made-To-Order Custom A/C Vent Covers - Natural Wood Louvered Design - For Staining and Uncommon Sizes

2-part design:
Each made-to-order custom vent cover is built with quality solid wood.  They stain or paint beautifully to match any decor and deliver a custom millwork finish.   

Application: Designed for walls

Grilles come with a 3” deep metal filter frame that fits flush to the wall and holds 1" AC filters. 

Choosing Your Size
All sizes are listed width by height (W x H). The louvers run the width dimension. The easiest way to choose your size is to order the same size as the filter, if there is one at the return-air opening.

Otherwise, if you don't have a filter, remove your old metal frame and measure your rough opening. Order your vent cover accordingly. 

All Made-to-Order grilles and have a lead time of 4-5 weeks and are non-returnable. Due to the organic nature of wood products please expect some "slight" variation in wood grain, tone, and/or texture as there are no two identical trees in any forest.
